Brian Spotts developed an interest for cooking in the 7th grade after his mom showed him how to make Mac & Cheese out of a box and fried bologna sandwiches. Cooking and grilling started as a hobby but quickly became more when he found a love for smoking meats for friends and family get-togethers.
